Often when we are called in to support concerns with diverse learner programming, we find that the root of the problem is found in the universal approach or what programming looks like at a whole school level. If you are finding that student needs are taking are taking resources or staff time that is not sustainable, you may need to adjust your systems level approach. We believe that Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) is a required framework that allows schools to educate a wide range of needs more efficiently, equitably, effectively, and sustainably.

Schools can't afford to add more to teachers' plates. In this workshop, school leadership will reconsider their MTSS approach and develop the belief and structures that ensure that MTSS is a process that affects all domains and is not a separate, siloed program. To ensure efficient and effective implementation, the team will evaluate existing structures and reconsider future implementation. (3-4 hours)
When educators are leaving the field at an alarming rate, school leaders must take a systematic approach to talent management to retain existing staff, fill staffing gaps, and recruit future staff. By understanding the root causes of staffing challenges and using strategic solutions, school leaders can foster a positive and supportive work environment that attracts and retains top talent, ensuring that their schools continue to provide high-quality education for all students. (1.5-2 hours)
The Collaborative believes that a school should develop their diverse learner programming by considering their students' and staff needs while also aligning to their mission, vision, and model. To provide this customized support, we love to partner with you to build school specific systems, process, and tools and then provide customized training and implementation coaching to ensure you stick to the plan you have developed.
Leveraging existing data and communication structures, we build MTSS systems that are efficient and effective to ensure that students are easily identified, placed in interventions, and monitored for growth. We use equitable data practices that allow leaders to consistently monitor for disproportionalities and over/under identification in specific subgroups while also recognizing the level of fidelity of intervention implementation.
Yearlong support with implementing the major milestones of your MTSS calendar. From facilitating data dialogue structures to conducting Intervention Walkthroughs, we will provide you with coaching and support along the way.

Utilizing the Art of Coaching by Elena Aquilar, in addition to our Practice Improvement Process, we are prepared to support lifting your Implementation Plan.
